Questions

Do I need my own server or any technical knowledge?

No. You pick a bot, choose a name, avatar and status, and we host it around the clock on our infrastructure. The only technical step is creating a bot token in the Discord Developer Portal – the order form walks you through it, or we create the application for you.

How fast is my bot online?

With your own bot token the deployment is fully automatic and usually takes under 10 minutes after the payment is confirmed. If we create the application for you, our team sets it up within 24 hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card, SEPA and Klarna via Stripe, PayPal, crypto, and bank transfer. Online payments are confirmed automatically within seconds.

Can I change the name or status later?

Yes. Name, avatar and status can be changed any time from your dashboard. The bot restarts with the new profile within about a minute.

What happens when the hosting period ends?

We remind you 7 days and 1 day before the end. If you do not extend, the bot is stopped and kept for 7 more days so you can still renew without losing anything.

Can I get a custom bot?

Yes. Open a ticket in our Discord server, describe what you need, and you get a quote. Custom bots are hosted on the same infrastructure.
